Vistara Airline has been a topic of discussion recently, whether due to flight delays or its policy regarding non-vegetarian meals. However, a humorous message poking fun at Vistara has brought smiles to many social media users.
Ritesh Banglani, a user on X (formerly Twitter), tweeted a photo of a brochure he encountered on his Vistara flight, announcing that the airline had been recognized as the 20th best in the world for its in-flight entertainment.
“I may face challenges, but I hope I never have to boast about being 20th best at anything,” he shared on X along with an image of the brochure. The post, shared on March 28, has garnered over 64,000 views and more than 1,000 likes thus far.

In 2023, Vistara became the sole Indian airline to secure a position among the top 20 global in-flight entertainment providers. Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong claimed the top spot in this category, followed by Emirates and Qatar Airways.
“This accolade acknowledges airlines that strive to provide an exceptional experience to their passengers,” as explained on the 2023 Skytrax World Airline Awards website, highlighting that aspects like the availability and performance of onboard Wi-Fi, along with the variety of movies and TV shows offered, were taken into account when determining the winners.
Vistara, one of the few Indian airlines, offers in-flight entertainment even on domestic flights. Their Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft feature a 12-inch personal entertainment screen, while their Airbus A321neo aircraft are equipped with a 10-inch in-flight screen.
