Jess Hilarious Responds to Trick Daddy’s Critique of Her Unborn Child

Trick Daddy found himself grappling with heartbreak just before Valentine’s Day upon learning that his longtime love interest, Jess Hilarious, is expecting her second child. The new co-host of “The Breakfast Club” disclosed that she was 13 weeks pregnant when her boyfriend, Chris, surprised her with a birthday call during the live show.

Chris expressed his joy, saying, “I am extremely proud of you on this special day. I am eagerly looking forward to the arrival of our little one.” Since the news came out, Jess has received an outpouring of well-wishes and congratulations from everyone except Trick Daddy.

Instead of joining the chorus of celebratory messages, Trick Daddy took to social media and appeared to share Jess’ text messages to vent his frustrations. During the show on Feb. 16, Jess addressed Trick Daddy’s inappropriate remarks about her unborn child, recalling, “Trick Daddy reached out to me yesterday and said, ‘You better hope that baby doesn’t turn out ugly.’ I retorted, ‘Well, it’s not yours, so we should be fine.’ Don’t play with me, with your funeral-ready face. Don’t disrespect my child like that.”

Further addressing the situation, the actress from “I Got the Hook Up 2” stressed, “I understand that he cares for me and respects me highly, but that was disrespectful towards my child. You don’t joke about my child, regardless of your cooking skills. If I see you in the next six months, you better hope for the best. Don’t ever test me, Trick. Work on your behavior.”

In a previous Instagram video, the artist known as “TrickLoveTheKids” began by wishing Jess a happy birthday before expressing his frustrations. “You let someone impregnate you. I will confront that person. Today, I’m feeling envious. I will confront you for getting my girl pregnant.”

He then advised Chris to get Jess a significant gift for her birthday. “He impregnated Jess Hilarious. You don’t even know that guy, Jess,” he continued. “The baby better resemble you and not him. I demand that.”

One fan defended Trick, asserting, “He has a massive crush on Jess… he didn’t intend any harm.” Another individual commented, “I would have reacted the same way; she has a negative mindset and attitude, so her negative karma might affect her baby.” A third user admired the bond between Jess and Trick, mentioning, “I love Trick and Jess’ friendship.”

Despite his attempts to pursue her romantically since 2018 by leaving flirtatious comments on her social media posts, Trick has not succeeded in winning Jess over. In 2019, he became more direct about his feelings, stating, “Who has her contact information? I need it… strictly business, though… Grown folks’ business,” accompanied by emojis depicting a smiling face sticking out its tongue.

Although he has not been successful in winning her affection, Trick did manage to have Jess as a guest on his YouTube cooking show in May 2023. He predicted that there would be a romantic spark when comedian Lil Duvall made a guest appearance the following month, but nothing transpired.

Jess has been in a relationship with her current boyfriend for five years. Additionally, she co-parents a son with her ex, Rome. The former couple hosts the popular podcast “Co-Parenting Therapy,” where they discuss their friendship, mutual support, and the challenges of raising a child after a failed romantic relationship.

The Baltimore native also had a well-known relationship with comedian Kountry Wayne, which ended abruptly when she discovered that his divorce from his ex-wife was not finalized before they began dating.
